I can't use the secondhand section either!
I just assumed it was a problem with the new classifieds and waited for it to get fixed, but it works fine on other PC's. I'm also using IE6 with java enbled. Exactly the same as LJS: there is no link on the adverts, so you can't select one.

I've just bought a Cannondale (my first Cannondale and my first road bike). It looks gorgeous and I love riding it. I cant understand the animosity toward 'Dale. Obviously I've never had to deal with them re customer service, but all this "Crack 'n' Fail" business - the frames have a lifetime warranty (my ali Orange is guaranteed for five years and its already been replaced...). I'm certainly not concerned over the inevitable ali frame failure, its one of the reasons I chose a Cannondale.

Saying that, I'm sure I wouldn't have the same attitude if I was haplessly trying to get a defective fork repaired, but I have more or less come to expect shit customer service from larger companies (Madison very bad, Pace pretty good, Hope excellent). I'm sure Cannondale aren't the only "big" MTB company where customer service is questionable.

Couldn't agree more. Its not like you never hear of knackered bushings, blown dampers, ejecting compression stacks, broken lockouts or mysterious creaking noises with conventional suspension forks...
Also, when it comes to customer services, I'm sure that Cannondale are not the only guilty party.. Rockshox / Madison?

I run Hope xc4's, and every time I do anything to them - clean the discs, change or scrub the pads - they don't work for a while. Let the brakes bed in, they will be fine. Try some alchohol on the discs, maybe?

My dear, dear boy! Blessed are you and your beautiful, beautiful skewers! Might I enquire about the cost of a blessing? I may well bless my precious pedal cycle.

I really can't see me ever having a problem with mine, I don't understand why so many people have had them fail...?
