Stuart,
The IOM is great in itself... Not had the chance to go biking over there yet, but I think it has a fairly active group of people. They organise an end to end race up over the mountain sometime in sept I think. They do have a website, I'll go see if I can find it...

I heard in the finish area that it was around the 4h 15min-30min time! Around the same as the last one...
