I've got XT and XTR hollowtech II crank sets and they've got to be the best cranksets i've ever used.
BUT best to get your frame faced on both sides of the bottom bracket as the bearings will last alot longer. |

The ones on the edge are a basic loose bearing hub with moderate sealing.
Around the alivio or deore level. |

| the deore middle ring is steel and less likely to get distorted than the lx ally pressed ring. go deore octa. |

I had some judy xc's in the workshop, rang madison for oil volume and they gave me a different volume each time. 120 in both legs and 130 and 30. I called tim flux and he told me 125 in each leg. I went with tims suggestion and the customer says they're working fine. but what a bloody nightmare!!! |

My little brother filled my trainers with sand, that's rough running, got blisters all over my feet.
Still managed to kick his ass though!! |
