| The company I work for issues these too, but they're not sent to the folk doing the selection. In fact, every effort is made to avoid any references to gender, sexuality, colour etc. so that these can't affect the selection process. |

Shockblade comes in a Reverse Arch style for Manitous. Easy to put on/take off and makes a huge difference. |

I think the problems are way over-stated.
2 years running a Spesh FRS120 in all weathers and it's still running sweet. |
