Brian you still alive. I am starting riding again this week.I am definately giving up rugby for ever. Turned 40 and want less injuries.

There is an inter enployer event at Chopwell in a couple of weeks. Was our walking with the kids And had a quick jog down part of the course. Got as far as the boardwalk section. How much further does it go? Does it get harder?
