Hmmm.....

 I'm quite reassured by the reports from bigger riders and what Cy and Cotic have to say about the frame failure.

 I've got some SLX kit on my P7 at the moment. It works well but the bash guard is a bit ugly.

The Fox QR15s are an option but I'm leaning towards a big front end at the moment. I've got 32RLCs at the moment and find them quite flexy on faster rocky stuff, the QR15s are supposed to be much better.

I took the demo Hemlock, from Freedom Bikes Brighton, for a spin and ordered the frame the same day. It was great! I now have a 6 week wait for the large frames to come back in stock, so lots of time to think about how to build it up.

I'm buying both rockers but the big one will probably only go on a few times a year.

Forks is my first decision. I'm leaning towards bigger at the moment, probably 36 Tals R, hopefully light enough for everyday use and big enough for anything I'll ever ride.

Wheels. Probobly Hope Hoops with DT 5.1 and a Stans kit, although Hope will be doing Stan Flow rims soon so they'll be tempting.

 Brakes. Probably M4s, 180/160
