Pants...  well done, that is a good ride time!

Looks like I've made probably the most inappropriate choice of tyres ever then.  I wanted to get them quick and was putting in an order to CRC so looked at what they had in stock from Schwalbe, which was not much, and particularly not Nobby Nics.  So, I figured I'd try some Racing Ralphs as in theory the weather should be getting drier.  But for my usual riding bike, they could well be pretty daft then.  Oh, and they're not snakeskin, which has to be truly good news then bearing in mind my last puncture was due to a cut sidewall

Have to say that that is indeed a good course - plenty to keep people interested!

Unfortunately there's a huge cut in the sidewall of my tyre, which is why there was not much air in it.

So... some new tyres... CRC seem to be a bit short at the mo.  What's that place in Germany that does the Schwalbe tyres cheap?

Well, I hope all of the other 22 people enjoyed the ride tonight! I certainly did.

and good news, Jay has got a new bike that has got 'callipers' and 'hubs'.  Sounds like a winner to me...

Yeah, I enjoyed that ride last night too.  Love riding Tunnel Hill, but it is good to get a whole ride sorted with stuff we ride less often.  The meet point does seem to work well - From the perspective of someone who gets to the ride by car, it's better to have more street lights and a hard surface to stand on.  It's a bit more of a pain to get to to some extent as the journey is longer, but I am sure I'll find some ways to improve my route.

Yeah, I am pretty glad it was the mech hanger.  Now we know that Spesh get the award for the "replaceable mech hanger perfectly disguised to make it look like the frame has does not have a replaceable mech hanger" award.

My legs are absolutely knackered today still!
