Did anyone see that there was a feature about Aston Hill in Decenbers WMB? Odd to see a review about a place that is not open(officially)?

Recently got my hands on an a Trek 950 (89 model) in mixed condition, frame and forks good, original LX mountain brakes levers and shifters good, but derailleurs / wheels / BB dead. No crank on it, gonna strip the BB to see if it'll rebuild - It's not a cartridge but adjustable bearing style that requires pin spanner for removal. Can I replace this with a more up to date cartidge system? Trying to decide what to do with it to be honest.... Should i make a single speed out of it, or is it worth getting repainted and selling on?

Well, I can defo recommend the P7, it is such a great ride. Upgraded form my Clockwork that I owned for 12years, and it was like meeting an old friend. Good luck with the hunt.
