Hi steve73 looking at lights, i need a backup / helmet light the dealextreme torch which you use looks good, do you buy batteries for it or do you get a charger with it and how did you strap it to the helmet,

don't know too much about cycle brakes, but you should only need to bleed it if you have got air in the system should'nt have happened on a pad change, the front piston should push back in might just need a bit more force ( don't push direct on the piston use a bit of wood or the old pad to push on)
