Thanks guys,
Had a fantastic weekend. Got out on Saturday and wemnt up to High raise, run out of time (family etc)so turned around and cycled back down ( well free wheeled, did it on a single speed). Wow what a descent, I seem to be descending for ages.
On sunday got up and was on the fells as per Dan Barry, terrfic views as I rose above the morning mist into brillant sunshine. Did your route Barry but found the Final circuit around Ulswater after martindale church abit too technecial. but loved all the other bits. Ran up Borehause with bike on back, great descent back down. Again ran out of time so went back along road.
Off up to Langdale this Saturdays, any sugguestions???? |
