also another option is to look for rudyproject glasses some of the metal framed ones can be fitted with optical lenses as long as the frame is screw clamped round the lenses got mine for 35 quid then sent them to optilabs to have reaction lenses put in think it was around 65 quid for the lenses so worked out cheaper than what i pay for normal glasses

From reviews on here i'd say go shimano rather than crank bro's ... tho my personal choice would be time pedals for good float possitive engament when clipping in and mud shedding ability

yeh vale im enjoying the ride its a refreshing change from the giant riegn2 i had befor and suprisingly aint as hard a ride as i was exspecting going back to a hardtail just got to swop the tires i reckon tho undecided what tires to put on
