Can't quite justify the 400 quid for the top of the line chariots, but like the cheaper end of the scale, Junior will only grow out of it in a couple of years anyhow.
Right how to tell the wife I am about to spend £150 on a trailer to tow the brat around in......

Like Horace Fogsworth's article on the Home Page bikemagic changed my life too, after working from home for a while, lye in's, late brekkies with the missus etc I found myself facing parenthood.
Anyways to cut to the chase Mrs Masher and I had a son in November and I am now looking for a kiddy tow along trailer to cart Mash Jr. around.
Any ideas folks? I've seen Burleys (too pricey) Spokey Joes at Halfords and a couple of generic makes, budgets about £120 and looking for lightweight and good suspension.

Selkirk had its own bottle necks too, hightened by the super keen 50k riders blowing out on the first climb and walking 90% of it, then followed a heather strewn decent into an old motocross/enduro track in the woods, I must have taken about 50 places by portageing through the undergrowth.
Due to sheer weight of numbers theres no preventing the bottlenecks, short of an all fireroad enduro and by all accounts from you guys at Ruthin that ain't no fun either!! |
