| I use a 5 litre Hoselock garden sprayer and carry an old (re-filled) 5 litre mineral water bottle and that works well for me. I had to modify the nozzle to get a better flow but the pressure is certainly enough. |

I've just switched to ODI lock-ons on both bikes
Rogues on the fully rigid for some degree of comfort and Ruffians on the full-susser for unbelieveable grip.
No more slippy grips or hairspray for me ;-) |

Another vote for the 1.5 Nimbus EXs and only £24.99 a pair inc 2 narrow tubes from Wiggle. Pump them up to 70psi and you'll fly along!

| If you're still worried about the cleats not releasing and you're using Shimano pedals try using the multi release-cleats to build your confidence. They have a wider release range than the standard ones supplied with the pedals. |
