Hi Jonny, I'm afraid that I'm nolonger a member of the Woollybacks, so really can't direct you as to how to get  ride with the club, they do have a website, and have posted other threads on Bikemagic, so search for St helens Woollybacks via Google and you should have some joy.

 Someone I was talking to today said that when he asked about membership they told him about needing some sort of "vetting" rides, to see if they thought he was up to their standards, before being allowed to join. Not sure how accurate this is, but they are a friendly bunch of guys & have had forces guys before as members, so if you asked, they'd probably waive any none member rides etc.
