36C by 10am. temperature plummeted to 28C overnight.  pleasant wind. the weather isnt too bad this time of year.

nosir, the fundamentalist Islamic paradise of Saudi Arabia. I am in Jeddah right now. about to fly North to Al Khobar. where it will be about 6 degrees cooler and temperature wise almost ideal for hot summer weather.

Wet trails at Glentress today, but no wet stuff falling from the sky. I would say that this was the last ride of the year, before the winter gloves come out. felt a slight nip in my fingertips and my toes could feel the coldness. Winter is on its way!

flying to Saudi tomorrow morning, where it is guaranteed to be both hot and rubbish! I am sick of the country. Hopefully the trip will be a short one.

been in Snowdonia all week. its been pretty much p1ssing down non stop. well except for when its hailstones. Still its a grand landscape. shame i was there working at Dinworwig hydro power station.
