strong light responsive frame, w.t.b. speed disc rims on nova tech hubs have remained true (has any one heard of these hubs) Shimano gears dx/lx and lx chainset no poblems. Scott own brand saddle, seatpost, stem and bars Rockshox judy sl performs well in the price bracket Generally well spec,d bike at the price. | | Weaknesses:
The magura clara disc brakes are diabolical. Two failures on seperate occasions almost led to me crashing i found them totally unreliable requiring constant adjustment to stop them rubbing .They spoil an otherwise good bike. I replaced them with Hope c2.Also had rear hub bearing repaced as it was running rough. | | Overall:
This bike would have scored 5's if it had been supplied with hope brakes but the magura clara's really spoil a good bike. |
