Strengths: Look fantastic, especially in silver. No problems in 6 months use so far. Easy to fit and remove/refit, self extracting bolt a real bonus too! Nice and stiff.
Weaknesses: None as yet - some people have had problems with dirt ingress seaizing the bearings, but in 6 winter months of northern grittyness mine are still smooth. £50 more than XT though.
Overall: Spot on. Cant fault them. Would buy again.
Strengths: Very comfortable, BG insole is a dream - spreads the foot to increase circulation - far more comfortable on long rides then my old shoes. Velcro fastening holds foot very firmly.
Weaknesses: Mesh outer could be cold in winter, but I use waterproof socks so it doesnt bother me.
Overall: Superb shoe. Excellent value. Cant fault it really. Its the same shoe at '05 but with slightly different colours.
Strengths: Solid build, look great. Feel very secure when clipped in, platform big enough for those scary moments and just about grippy enough.
Weaknesses: A tad heavy, clogs relatively easily.
Overall: Quite happy with them, they clog up fairly easily with bio-matter (mud is fine, grass and sods are a pain. Probably better pedals in this price braket, but I am invested in Shimano pedals and cleats so dont want to switch.
