Strengths: Good close fit, secure but not as good as my old M frames however my Ms aren't much use without contact lenses. Really surprised by the lack of distortion with the lenses. Customer service from Optilabs was excellent.
Weaknesses: The bridge over the nose isn't at all grippy like Oakley's so they can bounce around a bit on fast rocky downhills but the arms keep them on your head so not much of a problem.
Overall: Good glasses to ride in, high quality lenses with no distortion which surprised me given that they curve around the face. I've got an amber polarised tint which is good unless it is really bright.
Strengths: Very comfortable, great fit, lightweight, secure helmet, reasonably priced for what you get.
Weaknesses: Despite the feelings of the other reviewers you can get hot in this helmet, and if you (like me) sweat a lot then the lack of a suitably sized pad to soak it up at the front will leave you with sweat running down into your eyes. This hasn’t been such an issue with other helmets I’ve owned but they’ve not been as comfortable etc so worth putting up with it. Would have had a 5 for performance if it could cope with me.
Overall: Good, weakness more down to me than the helmet
Strengths: Good fit and for once a manufacturer that gets the suggested sizing spot on. Very, very comfortable.
Weaknesses: None so far.
Overall: Only worn them twice on a couple of 30/40 mile off road rides and so far the most comfortable 3/4 I've worn. The pad is excellent. Cannot fault them.
