Strengths: They look great and the allen key attachment is very practical
Weaknesses: I either couldn't clip in or ,once in, I was welded so tight I had to fall off to get my feet out
Overall: Big disappointment, all bling and no performance. The first set I bought had two left pedals and I really wish I'd not bothered with the replacement. Stick to Shimano and give these a miss
Strengths: I loved this bike as soon as I saw it. Classic hardtail elligance with a minimal clutter, and a real bargain. I loved it even more when I rode it! Its lightweight, a good climber and you can ride it all day without any problem, the carbon seat stays giving that little bit of "spring" that some other hardtails can lack. Its also dead easy to service and maintain.
Weaknesses: For such a decent spec the Judy J3's are a real letdown. I've changed to Rebas and the improvement is huge. The V break bosses on the frame are a bit ugly and some folk will not like the bottom bracket being low to the ground. I occasionally catch a pedal and this could be a problem for an aggressive rider. The relatively steep head angle makes it a bit lively in descent and you might have to wrestle it into submission on steeper rockier descents but you can't have everything
Overall: For covering the ground on long distance cross country days out this bike is perfect. You probably won't see anyone else out and about on on a Felt as the brand hasn't been discovered by the masses but its their loss!
