Strengths: These rims look fantastic with discs, they're really low profile and light. They're strong too, have survived crashes and downhills without any need to tweak them. Very light too.
Weaknesses: None!
Overall: The best disc rim there is for trail riding/xc
Strengths: Weigh slightly more than the old 517 but are stronger for it, a good thing considering mountainbiking includes more riding styles than before. They look good in black. Have stood up well to some very demanding uk downhills
Strengths: These forks are very stiff for their weight. The positive/negative air adjust makes for excellent tuning possiblities, I run mine with extra negative air for ultimate small bump response and plushness. The sealing is very good. The colour is also great, very unique and makes them stand out from the other Duke models.
Weaknesses: No lockout
Overall: A fantastic xc/trail fork that does the job very well whilst looking good
Weaknesses: Possibly the fact that they're made in Taiwan now, but so many frames are nowadays. Doesn't have the CNC'd bridge on stays like American one did
Overall: Fantastic all round value for money. Nice geometry and fantastic uphill. Can't really fault
Overall: These are brilliant shades. I have used mine abroad and back here in the UK. Unlike cheap sunglasses which block out lots of sun, these still let the right amount of sun through so it still feels sunny and nice. Brilliant
