'FANTASTIC'

Strengths:
looks good
makes shifting smoother both up and down
makes shifting lighter
eliminated ghost shifting on my bike aswell

Weaknesses:
cost. as much as this is a fantastic little thing. the cost for a small bit of plastic seems a litle steep.

Overall:
a nice bit of kit that actually dose what it claims to do with noticable difference.
