Overall: I bought these as a replacement for my one-sided clipless pedals. I picked them up for 17 quid from Wiggle (including own cleats) which has proved to be an absolute bargain. Smooth entry and exit from pedal. Look the biz. These are fully SPD compatible but I put their cleats on my shoes.
Strengths: Easy. Handy pull off guards. Serves as plug for steering tube. Price
Weaknesses: None
Overall: Quick and easy removal for those dry days. The Guard bracket says in the steering tube so you can just click the guards on when its wet. No problems with disc brakes.
Overall: I love this bag !! I didn't actually buy the Bag with the bladder included, BUT i did buy the exact same bladder later on, a 2ltr Source bladder. Bag comes with raincover, LOADS of pockets and space. I have been out over the last few days in the nice April weather, and the air system down my back works a treat.
Strengths: Good fit. Stiff and very comfortable. Different from the standard "look" of a biking shoe
Weaknesses: Errrmmmmm....so far no problems. Maybe the lace cover is a bit of a pain like Steve said. It just wont stay out of the way whilst I try to lace up. Not a biggy I'm sure, will soften in time.
Overall: These are my first pair of SPD shoes, and, so far I'm well happy. I got mine for £29+postage, that makes a fine bargain. Almost fool people into thinking they are real trainers, only the clinking of cleats give them away ;)
