I thought these would be too heavy and spoil the ride wherever it turned uphill but this is not the case. Give(me)loads of confidence and speed on rough surfaces. I run them at low pressures so they mould around rocks n stuff - they perform best like this - with no pinch flats either (on a full sus XC rig). Definately worth considering. Tyres I have used to compare against: Mythos XC, Velociraptors, Kenda XC 2.1's, Trail-Rakers, Geax- not sure which, Cinders on a mates bike (v good also) |
