It's a big 'YES' from the big 'S'

Britain's most succesful ever XC mountain biker has confirmed exclusively to BIKEmagic that she will be riding for the Specialized / Subaru World Cup team for the next two years. With some doubts as to who was going to still be around giving out contracts after the Olympics, the chance to join reigning World Champion Marga Fullana at Specialized has delighted Alexander who told us "Obviously I am extremely pleased !".

She hasn't told us which events or series she'll be racing apart from the World Cup rounds but she's already recieved delivery of two bikes - An S-Works M4 and an S-Works FSR-xc - in preparation for next season. The two year contract also takes her neatly to the Commonwealth Games which she has previously suggested was an obvious point for retirement.
