Presumably to reassure customers and bike shops in Europe, the newly-purchased Cannondale has issued an extensive but essentially content-free press release. Under the headline "No Changes Seen To Cannondale's European Operations Following Auction" we have the executive summary "As In US, Cannondale Will Continue With Existing Staff, Infrastructure And Strategy."

The first line states, "Despite the recent change in Cannondale USA's ownership, the company's European bicycle retailers and customers are unlikely to notice any changes at all."
