The fledgling Blazin Saddles XC series held at Haldon Forest, Exeter had a well-received first round recently. Unfortunately Round 2 has hit a bit of a hiccup thanks to a scheduling clash with this weekend's Saab Salomon Mountain Mayhem.

Despite having spent many hours setting out a new and improved course and making various other improvements, a poll of many competitors from Round 1 has resulted in the organisers reluctantly deciding to postpone Round 2.

So Round 2 will now take place in October, while the next round will be Round 3 on Sunday 30 July. Competitors who have already entered for Round 2 can transfer their entry to Round 3 - contact Sallie Burnham on 01392 276122 or via email.
