Magura Marta SL gets a new colour

the national bike show (14K)

the national bike show (14K)

First spotted on Specialized bikes after being unveiled at Eurobike last year, these anodised red beauties are now available to buy. Based on the standard Marta SL, they feature the same one-piece dual piston fixed caliper with automatic pad wear adjustment, forged aluminium lever body and super light two-finger carbon lever blade, but the caliper and lever body are finished in a lovely anodised red, with laser engraved logos.

They're the latest in Magura's love for releasing their products in fetching colours. But don't worry if the red clashes with your bike setup, as they're also available in a rather more conservative Gold or Silver. There's a choice of either 160mm or 180mm rotors. Expect a weight of around 324g per wheel.

How about some bright purple stuff? Or fluoro yellow with pink stripes? C'mon, everyone should live the 80's.
