MaXx Exposure rolls into sight

The third Trail Break/Exposure Lights MaXx Exposure night enduro takes place this weekend (22/23 September) challenging riders to an 80 mile ride along the South Downs Way from Eastbourne to Queen Elizabeth Country Park near Petersfield.

If that sounds a little strenuous (and it was, as Dave found out when he rode the inaugural event), the Mini MaXx offers a shorter 25 mile out-and-back route, including some night laps of the Queen Elizabeth Country Park MTB route.

If you're looking for a big event to round off your summer, head over to www.trailbreak.co.uk/maxx now and get your name on the list - there's still places if you're quick.

Have you won a free ride in the MaXx?

We gave BM readers the chance to take part in the event without paying a penny, and you clearly weren't put off by the epicness - perhaps it was the chance to win a brand new set of Exposure MaXx lets that made the ride even more tempting a prospect. These new lights utilise the latest LED technology, as we found out a while ago when we were first to break the news.

The lucky readers are:

Miles Hill wins the grand first prize of a MaXx Exposure entry and a Exposure Enduro and Joystick MaXx lights to ride the event with.

Tim Burden, Nigel Foskett, Jim Griffiths and Martin Wragg all win the not-so-shabby runner-up prize of an Mini MaXx entry and Exposure Joystick MaXx lights.

Congratulations to our lucky winners. The Bikemagic "team" (ie Dave) will be on hand to help set the riders up for the event and give them a free Bikemagic jersey. And we'll also be riding the event too so expect a report next week when you can find out how they all got on.

I think your facts are a bit wrong there! its no 80 miles from Winchester to QECP. I think the Mini max is actually 35 and not 25 miles. Well done to the winners
