Like nuun, Zym and Camelbak's Elixir, Motor Tabs are portable nutrition in tablet form that make energising any water source a clean and easy task, but whereas the aforementioned products only provide electrolytes, Motor Tabs is carbohydrate based.

Each tablet contains 16g of carbs (dextrose, sucrose and maltodextrin), 250 milligrams of sodium and 75g of potassium, and one is enough for a standard 750ml bottle - just add as many as necessary if you're using a hydration system. The beauty of Motor Tabs is that you can carry a couple of spare tablets in your pack when you might be refilling with water on a longer ride.
