Shimano recalls gloves

Shimano recalls gloves

If you're the owner of a pair of PRO, Shimano or Saint cycling gloves which contain a 'Made in Pakistan' label or no label at all, Shimano is urging them to be returned due to a manufacturing fault.

Despite the company's strict specifications, a few batches of said gloves contain traces of benzidine at levels exceeding those set by the EU. If you own a pair of gloves which contain no label at all or one stating they were made in Pakistan, you're advised to stop using the gloves immediately and contact Shimano either through the http://cycle.shimano-eu.com or by phoning 0800 1300 598 (Monday to Friday between 9am and 5:15pm).
