Trail Break: South Downs Epic

bigwight_2 (9K)

Trail Break will soon reach a milestone in its history of putting on top quality events, with the next two events at Duncton (10 May) and Wantage (7 June) marking the 99th and 100th installments respectively.

And to mark the occasion, the boys behind the top events have created a new 100km distance for both events, dubbed the Southern 100s. The 40km and 60km distances till still be available if 100km sounds a bit too far.

The new longer routes have been designed using all of Trail Break's years of expertise and checked, fine-tuned and approved by some of the South Downs top riders.

Duncton features over 1,700metres of climbing, over a course that shoots up and down as only the South Downs can. And if you only know the downs for the South Downs Way that runs along its length, this ride will introduce you to some of the many other treats that this superb region has to offer. (book now)

The Wantage ride will take the same format to the classic trails on and off of the Ridgeway, for a great summer southern enduro. (book now)

All routes will feature full route marking, you'll be supplied with a back up map and GPS route downloads will be available. Free SIS energy drink will be available for all riders and the 100k and 60k routes feature a manned support station with free snacks.

Full details and online booking for all Trail Breaks events can be found at www.trailbreak.co.uk or for more information phone 0118 976 2491.
