British Cycling today announced which riders will represent Great Britain at the XC Mountain Bike European Championships in St. Wendel, Germany on 16-18 May.
Making his comeback and focusing on the Olympics this summer, Liam Killeen has been confirmed as making the journey to Germany. World Championship Bronze medallist David Fletcher and brothers Ross and Hamish Creber will join him, including a large contingent of younger up-and-coming riders.
Liam Killeen, Ian Wilkinson and Jenny Copnall will be battling in the Elite races, with Ian Bibby, Ross Creber and David Fletcher competing in the Under-23 class. There's a strong Junior presence too, with Alex Paton, Hamish Creber, Seb Batchelor, Annie Last and Annie Simpson on the list.
