DMR Drone goes 26”

The Drone and Reptoid are DMR's 'designed for street and trails' hoppity jumpity bikes, and while previously they were only available with 24in wheels, demand has led the company to launch 26” wheel versions of each, due out next month.

DMR has made its reputation for tough and rugged dirt jump bikes, and the Drone and Reptoid represent cracking value for money with no corners cut.

The £449 Drone packs a full 4130 Cro-Mo frame and fork for guaranteed bombproofness, with 48-hole rear wheel shrugging off the worst flat landings and a singlespeed setup ensuring simplicity. DMR Moto Digger tyres, a 3-piece Cro-Mo chainset, Wingbar bars and Void saddle complete the spec. For a hundred notes more, the £549 Reptoid uses the same frame but fits a Marzocchi Dirt Jumper 3 80mm fork up front and Tektro 10 mechanical disc brakes.
