NPS 4X: Rounds 6/7

4x-round2

Head to UK Bike Park, Blandford for a weekend of top 4X action on 16-17 August, as the battle to be crowned the 2008 Series Champion takes place.

The course features the fastest and longest start straight in British 4X, purpose built as it was for the National Series. Hard packed stone should ensure a fast course, whatever the weather.

The organiser says: "It (the course) starts from the highest wooden platform in the country onto a super fast start straight which will see riders flying towards the big quad jump before slamming on the brakes and hitting the berm at the end of the longest straight this year, a few corners and hip jump later and riders will be crossing the line to be crowned 2008 Series Champions."

Spectating is free, and camping is available. Racing starts 12.30pm with practise commencing at 10.00am. Places are still available, and you can enter at www.nps4x.com or on the day.
