The Ibis Tranny. It's an all-carbon hardtail with a novel adjustable length chainstay, so it can be easily switched from a geared bike to a singlespeed at the flick of an Allen key.

The sliding bit is called the “Slot Machine”, and essentially does away with a chain tensioner or an eccentric bottom bracket. Loosen this bolt...

...and voila! Another benefit is the whole rear triangle can be removed for travelling

A bike called the tranny.

So what you riding at the moment, oh my new tranny.

but i tell you what that adjustable chainstay could be the key to belt drive bikes. would enable you to get the tension required to change belts.

That Mamtor, looks a nice bike.
