With any luck you've now recovered from BM's sixteen-part Eurobike extravaganza. We're not sure that Dave's fully recovered from writing it all, though - even now he's sitting at his desk trying to stop his mouse hand from going through the "resize image" motions, and we could swear that he's slightly shorter than before he went.

Brace yourselves, though, for Interbike is just around the corner. Eurobike gets bigger and better every year, but somehow the US trade show has something a bit extra that it's hard to put your finger on. Oh, hang on, it's "being in Las Vegas", isn't it? Which means sunshine. And warmth. OK, sunburn and oppressive heat, but it beats rain. While Eurobike's demo days are still a somewhat fledgling affair, the two days of Interbike Outdoor Demo are the best opportunity there is to get some riding time in on all the latest bikes.

So with Dave still twitching a bit, it falls to me to take the BM baton forward to Interbike. Tough gig, I know. I'll be teaming up with ace lensbloke Dan Barham out in the desert as we try and crank through as many demo bikes as possible before either our legs fall off or we become incapacitated by dehydration and/or sunstroke. If you've got any special requests, post them in the forum.

Then from Wednesday for the rest of the week it's back to the Sands Expo Centre, just off the Las Vegas Strip, to prowl the aisles on the lookout for funky, new or just weird stuff. And there's always weird stuff. Stay tuned to BM for fresh shininess every day...
