Rain reschedules Rampage

Flash flood warning delays Rampage return by a day

The much-anticipated return of pioneering freeride event Red Bull Rampage after a four-year absence has has to be briefly postponed thanks to heavy rain and the associated risk of flash flooding on the couse near Virgin, Utah.

According to our man on the ground Dan Barham, it's the first rain that the site has seen for over three months. All is not lost, though, as the Rampage schedule has been rejigged to include a single qualifying run and two runs in the finals.
