Qoroz to launch at Cycle 08

Qoroz titanium bikes

MountainWon

Those looking for a new titanium frame just got a little more choice this week, as news of Qoroz reaches us, a new company launching its range of ti bikes at the London Cycle Show.

Qoroz is the work of Marcus Eales, who with years of experience in the precision engineering field, has now turned his attention to creating a range of bikes all crafted from titanium.

The company will launch at Cycle 08, starting this Friday, and will be display the MountainWon, a 3Al/2.5V titanium frameset built, as it says here, as the "...perfect bike to ride from Montevideo in Uruguay on the Atlantic coast to La Serena in Chile on the Pacific, with just a thousand miles and the Andes in between."

If that's your kind of riding, then head over to www.qoroz.co.uk for more info.

Hmmmm, a layback seatpost and the saddle clamped right on the front of the rails implys that the 'effective reach' is too short. To get a comfy riding position they have had to put seat so far back that you would be 'king of the wheelies'(tm) every time you go up hill.

It doesn't make me want to buy a bike from them when they cant even design one for themselves.
