New MuleBar flavours

Fuel For Adventure's MuleBars were born while founders Jimmy and Alex were hiking up the Andes, and hit upon the idea of creating a proper tasty energy bar made from all natural ingredients.

After much development in their kitchen, the bars were launched with bizarrely titled Chocolate Fig Fiesta, Pinacolada, Mango Tango, and Hunza Nut flavours. Recently introduced Strudel and Liquorice Allsports can now be added to that line-up.

Strudel is the company's “…homage to the great Austrian pastry,” says the website. Ingredients include Soil Association Organic apple with cinnamon and raisins, and provides 240 calories and 1006kj of energy.

If that wasn't challenging enough then how about the first, at least as far as we're aware, Liquorice flavoured energy bar. Great for those who're bored of fruit flavoured bars. Made from Soil Association certified organic ingredients and packs 270 calories (1128kj) of energy.

The company has also signed up to the 1% For The Planet programme, whereby 1% of sales will be donated to support environmental groups. The bars are £1.29 each or a box of 24 for £30.
