Aston Hill Black Run Racing

Aston Hill

After nearly a year of being regularly open, racing will return to Aston Hill this weekend on Sunday 15 March, with the Swiss and Swallow Black Run Race.

"We are excited to have Swiss and Swallow on board as key event sponsor," say the organisers. "Although relatively new on the scene they have already received acclaim for their range of striking organic cotton T's, with other products coming soon.

"Their commitment to outdoor pursuits on land and water, as well as their environmental and social sensibilities complement the agenda of Aston Hill and our partnering organisations."

Organic clothing company Swiss and Swallow will be providing prizes to the top three riders across all categories and will be on site showing their full range of product.

In addition there will be prizes and support from Fox Europe, Balfa UK, Continental, CycleCare, Mountain Mania and PinkBike. Dave Francoisy will be on hand to photograph all riders and will be offering images free of charge to those who want a memento of the day.

Organisers have already received nearly 100 pre-entries. They also add that Scott Beaumont who has showed great interest in racing this weekend...
