For Goodness Shakes X Terrain Festival 2009

The For Goodness Shakes X Terrain Festival will see over 600 competitors head to Hawley Lake, Surrey on 26 September to take part in six events including an off-road duathlon.

With more athletes than ever registering for the For Goodness Shakes X Terrain Festival there's a huge prize pot of £2,400 with prizes from sponsors Snow+Rock and Cyclesurgery. Orca will also be handing out prizes in the shape of wetsuits for the first placed riders.

The events comprise a triathlon, duathlon, aquathon and 10km run. The full distance triathlon will see participants completing a 750m swim, a 6km mountain bike loop with open trails and singletrack, followed by an off-road 5km run.
