Foes 2010

The FXR gets a few tweaks for 2010, with a new top tube, revised shock mount and 1.125/1.5in head tube. The show bike had the optional 150mm wide through-axle rear end and floating brake arm. And of course there's a huge Curnutt shock in the middle - all Foes FS bikes use a 2:1 leverage ratio, so that's a 3.25in stroke shock to deliver the FXR's 6.5in of travel.

There must be some sort of trade regulation that demands that all manufacturers have a 29er in their line-ups. Here's the Foes B-29, with 4in of travel from the Curnutt air shock.

The 2:1 DHS Mono has what must be the biggest shock in the industry - a 5in stroke monster. For 2010 the shock has a piggyback reservoir rather than last year's remote unit, while the frame now has integrated fork stops and has shed an impressive 2lb of weight.
