Description: Iceland is a truly remarkable country, with a landscape and geography like nowhere else. The land has been shaped by ancient and recent volcanic activity, and is dotted with fissures and hot springs, geysers and lava flows. There's a real sense of wilderness here, and a mountain bike is one of the few things that can cope with the ruggedness. The ice-caps of Myrdalsjökull and Vatnajökull guard our route on the
