'ABSOLUTELY WICKED!'
Strengths:
There are so many excellent tracks which are easy to access with the lift pass. The guides were all excellent and the chalet & food were very good too!
Weaknesses:
having to go back home :o(
Overall:
What a fantastic holiday - actually the best I have had this year! Each day on the tracks was great! the guides really looked after us and help us go beyond our limits!! so a BIG thank you to the Trail Addiction Team for some great rides and some wicked nights out!

'BEST SO FAR'
Strengths:
All of the guides were great, good laugh, new there trails, lots of variety from hardcore to basic. Well stocked with spare, ie tubes.
Weaknesses:
With regard to Trail Addiction, no weaknesses, only complaint as usual shit French wine.
Overall:
Les Arc proved to be far more enjoyable than Les Gets/Morzine for me,,,more good trails not all full on Downhill courses everywhere, this was the first time we had used guides, I recomend the guiding for anyone. Especially in Les Arc. I would definately go again, although if the weather was bad ie raining all the time, expect to come off, alot,, also full body armour highly recomended. Dont skimp on the armour baby.

'GREAT TRAILS AND BIG DISAPPOINTMENTS'
Strengths:
Amazing trails.
Great guides/mechanics (esp Jay, Andy and Chris).
Great evening meals.
Weaknesses:
Poor organisation and communication to guests. (E.G. Rather than being told about not going on back-country/Hiedi days, guest were excluded from private conversations and then ignored, leaving them to find out third-hand. Very poor.)
Hours of faffing around in the mornings (with unimformed guides) and on the trails.
Overall:
Went in 2005 and was so impressed we went back in 2006.
The trails are still excellent and will def go to Les Arcs again.
At times, poor treatment and communication spoiled what should have been a fantastic holiday.
Again, despite being poorly informed and undermanned, the guides were excellent!

'WICKED WEEK ON ALL FRONTS!'
Strengths:
The guides knowledge and enthusiasm made the week so fantastic. We would never have found the trails they took up to. Endless and varied terrain and great food to give you the strenght to go out and do it all over again the next day! Everything was made easy so we could just focus on the riding and scaring ourselves silly!
Weaknesses:
cookies in the chalet weren't coated in chocolate!
Overall:
I am already planning next year trip and hoping to persuade a few more frinds to join us this time and sample the delights of this area

'DH OR XC? THEY HAVE IT ALL'
Strengths:
Guides, endless singletrack, ski lifts everywhere, dh course that you CAN ride!
Weaknesses:
You know you have to go back?
Overall:
If you are not sure what you want to ride then the guides will find exactly what you can do then take you to the next level. Just ask about Navarda or Double Header and the guides will smile and so will you by the end of the week! The trails can all be done on a good quality full bouncer - no need for the DH rig but given that its all downhill that would just make it even more fun! These are definately some of the best trails in the world, way better than the singletrack in Morzine and on par with southern Spain but with more of the swoopy singletrack!

'WHAT AN ABSOLUTE TOTAL BEAST!'
Strengths:
A fantastic week riding some of the best trails in the Alps. Great singletrack, but enough gnarly technical stuff and stupid fast downhills to satisfy anyone. Guided by a top bunch of lads and in an amazing chalet
Weaknesses:
Don't assume that because it says singletrack it will be easy! If you aren't that serious about your biking, maybe you should try somewhere like the ports du soleil first. Oh and the local bike shops aren't great so take some spares
Overall:
All in all a great holiday. The guiding was top notch and the chalet and food was second to none, and the help with fixing broken bikes and wheel building (at 11 at night!) was an unexpected (and lifesaving) bonus (cheers Jay and Andy!)
Would definately do it again as there are enough trails there to keep you amused for months!

''WHAT A TOTAL BEAST!''
Strengths:
Truly amazing single track in Les Arc.
Fantastic guides who know their stuff. Big thanks to Ali, Jay, Andy, Ben and everyone else!
5* chalet food from Gordy, Sophie and Anna in the Goat shed.

Weaknesses:
A week is just not enough.
Quite a long tranfer from Geneva.
Overall:
Excellent!
If you are looking for natural single track then look no further.
Downhill track lovers should stick to the Portes Du Soleil area.

You’d hate it. Stay away so the rest of us have the trails to ourselves ;-)

'SOME OF THE BEST TRAILS IN THE WORLD!'
Strengths:
Quality and variety of trails. Knowledge, enthusiasm and attitude of the guides. Just like being shown the best trails around, by a good bunch of friends!
Weaknesses:
A week's not long enough!!
Overall:
After riding in locations all over the world (on organized holidays & independantly), this trip was definitley the best! The variety of trails vary from buff swoopy singletrack to rooty rocky scare-yourself techfests, with everything in between! If you love riding singletrack in a laid back atmosphere with a bunch of friendly guides to show you the way (& have a beer with after) then this is the place to go! And when they say the riding is all downhill, hard to believe but it is! In our week over 130 miles (90% downhill) & over 20000mtrs of descending some of the worlds best trails! I'll be back!

'TOP GUIDES, TOP TRAILS, TOP ACCOMODATION.'
Strengths:
The guides are really freindly, know the area well and have a wealth of bike knowledge. The accomodation and food is amazing.
Weaknesses:
None that i can think of. A week is just too short!
Overall:
Just go there!

'A HOLIDAY NOT TO MISS!'
Strengths:
The area is huge, lots of different and varied tracks.
The accomodation is fantastic.
Food is great
Fantastic value for money.
Friendly staff.

One of the main strengths is that they had the depth to cater for all riders without any compromise.
Weaknesses:
My front Hope Disc!
Overall:
The Les Arcs/La Plagne area is simply one of the biggest and best Mountain Bike areas i've experienced in the Alps. Wipes the floor with other crowded areas I have ridden in before. TrailAddiction are well worth checking out.
