Description: System 1 is designed for use in soft to intermediate conditions. The SYSTEM 1's open tread pattern allows better knob penetration when riding on soft terrain. Ramped center tread blocks have optimal spacing to give excellent braking and climbing traction while still rolling fast.

'EXCELLENT ALL ROUND XC TYRE'

Strengths:
Very fast rolling, but far more grip than you'd expect

Weaknesses:
None in my experience - have yet to use them in proper mud

Overall:
I bought these for the spare wheels on my full susser, mainly as they were half price! The tread pattern didn't lead me to expect much, but they roll super-fast on tarmac or hardpack and are suprisingly capable for typical UK summer off-roading, even in loose dirt. The rounded profile and quite big width for the stated size mean they ride out of ruts OK too.

I ended up using them all summer and loving them, if you need to ride some roads to get to the trails, and want a good allround fast tyre, I'd recommend them.

'Lightweight mud gripper'

Strengths:
Light weight aids acceleration and good soft condition grip as well as wet roots.

Weaknesses:
Some resistence when trying to keep up a pace on tarmac between offroady bits

Overall:
Good tyres for the money. Lots lighter than equivelent Contis

'LIGHT, FAST AND CORNER WELL'

Strengths:
fast rolling tyre that handles the corners well and doesn't seem to clog. also they look great.

Weaknesses:
none as of yet

Overall:
good all round tyre, pretty good value for the tyre and there light ish.
