'Good quality, cheap, light bike rack'

Strengths:
Flexibility of installing in different positions and the high quality fittings. The attachments to the frame behind the seat post at not the usual stainless flat sliders but instead a couple of nicely engineered rods - saves cutting your hand if you grab hold of them.

Also comes with the bits to attach a Cateye (or similar) light to the rear of the rack, which will also accommodate a reflector.

Very easy to install, with good clear instructions.

Weaknesses:
None that I have found yet, but it is new and some hard use commuting to and from work should reveal any that exist.

Overall:
Good value and contains all the right screws (which are allen key headed) to attach to the bike.

Easy to install and looks good.
