'GREAT WAY TO GET TO KNOW WHAT THE 7STANES HAS TO OFFER'
Strengths: Mb7 local knowledge means you just pedal. Wanna try some North Shore.
Oh, and it didn't rain, not once.
Weaknesses: Feels like the midges are still biting for days after! The place is just too far away to pop up there for the weekend.
Overall: You decide when and what you want to ride and Iain sorts it all out for you. In addition to the well known 7 Stanes Iain will also offer up some lesser known riding haunts. I strongly recommend you take his advice, as the whole area is seemingly dripping in cool places to notch up some quality knobbly tyre time.
Mb7 will sort out all the accommodation for you which was always clean, very comfortable and the all important bike friendly. Throughout the trip Iain provided full backup support, which in addition to guiding also includes all necessary transport right to your hotel door. He even stocks up on the much appreciated mid ride snacks for you.
Yes you could easily arrange your own trip and the routes are all fully way-marked for you, so it's easy to get around. But if like me you never seem to find time to 'just get out and ride' then I'm sure you will appreciate the encouragement and support that Mb7 adds. I was able to get a great taster of the now famous 7 Stanes into my 3 day trip and I even tried some 'north shore', all with my 12 year old son. And we both want to return for some more!
