'good if the wheel is built well'

Strengths:
the rims are good for everything and reasonable weight can take most things thrown at them

Weaknesses:
if the wheels arent built well they will fall apart and buckle within a week and you will have to have a new wheel if you dont walk home.

Overall:
Good but know the shop you are buying from and know how good they are at building wheels.

'Quality DH'

Strengths:
Strong enough for DH, and reasonably priced.
Not as manically overbuilt as 321s for disk braked personages.

Weaknesses:
Heavy for XC, but then you wouldn't run a DH rim for XC would you?

Overall:
Still dependent on your wheelbuilder but these will give you a fighting chance.

'TUFF'

Strengths:
strong cant seem to buckle them an excellent freeride/dh rim good value for the money

a bit heavy but you are getting one strong mutha of a wheel

Strengths:
strength. rigidity. reliability. value.

Weaknesses:
none.

Overall:
i bought mine from chainreactioncycles and they only buid 32 spoke wheels. I got th wheel and was slightly gutted. Nevertheless; the wheel has help beautifully and currently running v-brakes on the front and a disc at the back, both d521's which proves that a 32 spoke deore d521 can cope with what it's elder brother can do, the d321.

'GREAT '

Strengths:
strong rim looks good can have different size holes in rim

Weaknesses:
none unless you get it from armstrong bike dock because mine was egged within 2 months of having it coz it wasent made properly
