Strengths: looks like normal bureau bag, large enough, sensible interior with compartments, zips and a key ring, looks good enough for upper-class bikers, comes with a shoulder strap, clever click-fix system adaptable to different racks
Weaknesses: Is it really waterproof ? finish could be better in minor details, difficult to clean
Overall: For me (school teacher) it is the ideal bag, for a normal school day its capacity is sufficient, for too many testbooks I use an additional pannier which can carry all the A-4 files, it is quickly on and off the bike, most students think it's real cool - would buy again
Strengths: Very fast attachment and release, saves time at start and finish of journey. Wax-treated, looks really waterproof. Convex front may help aerodynamics. You don't need rack fittings on your frame.
Weaknesses: Ruins handling, because the load is carried high. Places enormous strain on seatpost and frame owing to extreme leverage (would be better on a suspended rear end). Flaps don't close tight, so waterproofing may be redundant. Convex front means an awkward shape.
Overall: Mixed results. For upright riding (straight bars) you won't feel the handling difference and it works well, but don't put anything heavy in it or you'll bend something. £48 from Settle Cycles (2 week wait).
