Strengths:
What can I say?Apart from oooooooohhhh baby

Weaknesses:
Erm...Let me think...Ahhhhh thats it!Price!

Overall:
I got this on a bike I bought and its lasted me about 9 months.Not that long I know but it looks sooooo good and shifts sooooo well.Had about three or four bad shifts from it and only when it was really muddy.If you have the cash I would say buy one.They look loads better than the shiny XT's.
